A personal note:
I am all about personal development. I’m known for creating connected, empathetic spaces which enable people to be honest, work through conflicts and have meaningful insights. Nothing excites me more than experiencing a leader or a team having a “lightbulb moment" that translates into real, positive change — because when one gets a little better, we all get a little better. |
